To maintain and strengthen brand identity it's vital that web copy says the right thing in the right way. Sky asked me to write SEO articles on broadband technology for a number of pages due for launch in 2013.
When Tesco redesigned its digital entertainment website I rewrote the Help and FAQ pages to focus the brand tone of voice. I also created original copy for those and other pages, and worked on a major MP3 upgrade campaign, promotional material, BRIT competition literature and B2C communications.
The RNIB CultureLink Legacy Pack provides advice on improving access to museums and galleries. I wrote and edited a vast amount of research material gathered from museums, artists and volunteers in the West Midlands. The finished book Shifting Perspectives is now available via the RNIB website. In April 2013 I produced a comprehensive evaluation report for 'Opening Up Creative Culture' - a joint RNIB / Arts Council England project exploring the art of audio description.
In 2009 Rosetta Stone overhauled their UK website to bring it in line with the US site. All copy, including product descriptions, business and education solutions and rolling promotions, needed tailoring to the British market while adhering to strict brand guidelines and SEO requirements.

I joined the Dotty Bingo project at the beginning and produced all the copy on the site: everything from a bright and breezy welcome on the home page to clear and concise registration instructions; from detailed banking information and security procedures to game descriptions, FAQ's and meta-data.
